We are workign out plans for the different offices and apartments plus the shop stall in the mall. Here just just an extremly basic prototype of what the collection of towers might look like. Just to give you an idea. The circular white thing cloesest to the main tower is gonna be a n Iraqi war memorial that i am going to construct.

Fund Raising Program

As I stated before, our team is looking for donations to help the project get going. I was thinking of some sort of program to hopefully help inspire people to help us out.

I was thinking that for everyone who donates, say US$5.00 or more, will get their name put into a large art piece that will most likely adorn the courtyard that this lovely tower will sit in the middle of. Or something almost like the Hollywood walk of fame where famous people have their name in a star along the walk way. I was also contemplating in having naming rights for various large structures that are going around the main tower. Also, if someone is generous enough to donate a large sum of money we would be willing to name the center tower itself after that person. We are planning on a variety of smaller towers around the center one. As well as a few spacious homes. Plus a race track for the aforementioned person building the cars. There will be more to come so please check back. There will also be floor plans for available soon in the hopes to get people to rent or buy spaces in advance of the tower completion.

There is one big thing that we really need and need some help on getting. We need to purchase a sim for our project and that cost a good amount of startup money. Islands are priced at US$1,675 as a start up cost to but the hardware since the sim runs on its own seperate server. Then there is the US$295 a month as a maitence and housing fee. I would really appriciate any monatary donatis that are given to help us startup and maintain the sim. Our Mission statement

We are here to develop a full commercial sim on second life. We want to create a complex of high rise buildings to act as office towers, apartments, and a shopping mall. Plus a track to run vehicles on that are build by one of the developers. Our main building will be a tall high-rise building with a footprint of about 3000 sqm. and hopefuly be about 240m or more tall. From time to time we will be posting updates on tower constructions and would be more than willing to take suggestions on the construction. There will also be pictures provided from time to time for visual updates.
